Training:

• CNC thoroughly trains all flood adjusters to the NFIP's exacting standards
• Several levels of coursework are conducted to ensure adjusters are continually learning and growing
• We understand the importance of adjuster development and continuing education and training on the following topics at our National Training Center:
  • Standard Flood Insurance Policy: Dwelling Form, General Property Form and RCBAP
  • Understanding of the BFE, Flood Zones and Elevation Certificate
  • ICC Understanding and Handling
  • Wind vs. Water

Experience:

• Adjusters have a minimum of 5 years of experience, and are required to participate in CNC-led training
• More experienced adjusters are leveraged as field managers to ensure the highest quality files possible
