Go to the training calendar and select the class you wish to attend. Select the link and complete the application.

Location
Classes are held in CNC’s state-of-the-art facility located in Mobile, AL. From time to time classes will be held at various locations around the country. Please refer to the class details in the training calendar for any change of venue.
Materials Required
Hardware: Computer (laptop w/external mouse, compact disc drive) Minimum 800 MHZ, 512 MB RAM (1 GB recommended), 1 GB free space on hard drive.
>Software: Windows XP (minimum), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, a PDF document creator program and any necessary estimating systems that may be required for a particular class. We do not offer technical support for operating systems, computers or software programs. Please arrive at your scheduled class with your computer and all applicable software programs operational.

Class Sizes
Class limits range from 25-50 students per class depending on the class type. It is important to always register early so classes are not overbooked.
Eligibility
Students who are currently involved in the insurance adjusting business or interested in pursuing a career as an insurance adjuster are welcome and encouraged to attend CNC-sponsored classes. Those students with limited or no experience, are required to take and pass a web-based pre-qualifying exam.
Instructors
Instructors are veteran insurance claims professionals, client employees and CNC-certified instructors. This ensures that the material being delivered through class room and web-based sessions are thorough and accurate.
Training Materials
Manuals, handbooks and other training materials are supplied by CNC unless specified otherwise. If any additional items are required for a particular class, notification will be sent with the enrollment confirmation. Most training materials are available on-line and students will be provided with download links.
Testing & Certificates
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to each student with a passing grade. A minimum passing grade is 75% unless otherwise specified. Classes consist of a written or web-based exam of general and specific questions relevant to the class and training materials. It is always suggested that each student study the relevant material prior to the actual class,.

There are a number of hotels within 5 minutes of the CNC training facility. Please contact our office for any assistance.
Refunds/Cancellation Policy
Due to scheduling of classes and the reservation of seating, please refer to the individual class for refund details. In some cases, class fees are non-refundable.
