Why do you do what you do? I don’t know – maybe I am a target for punishment. On a more serious note I do what I do because I enjoy working with my team and helping others in a time of need.

Craig Fowler, Director of Claims
Why do you do what you do? Because I have been doing it for so long…what else will I do? Even though I have been in the business for over 20 years, the industry changes, it brings on new challenges. I enjoy conquering the challenges I encounter. Also, who doesn’t love the weather? I mean it has its own television station.

Vaughn Nelson, Account Manager
Why do you do what you do? My motivation as a claims adjuster is a real desire to help insureds deal with their respective loss. After personally suffering substantial damage to three homes in my lifetime from catastrophic loss (Hurricane Camille in 1969, Frederick in 1979, and Georges in 1998), I have first-hand experience with the financial and emotional hardships involved in living with the realities of personal material loss. I am one of the “lucky” people in the world in that I really love what I do
