Employee Referral Program

Know someone who would be a good fit at CNC? We want to meet them! Fill out the form below and if your referral is hired, you’ll get $500!

How it works


Refer a candidate by filling out the form below.


The referral’s resume will be reviewed in accordance with CNC’s standard hiring procedures.


If your referral is hired and completes 90 days of employment, you’ll receive a check for $500.*

Rules and Guidelines **Please read BEFORE submitting a referral**

  • If your referral is hired and completes 90 days within a year, you’ll receive an email containing the hire date and eligibility date for distribution of a check for $500. The days of employment do not need to be consecutive, but do need to fall within one year of the original hire date.

    • Subcontractors 1099s (flood and daily adjusters) may work 90 non-consecutive days.
    • W-2 deployments may work 90 non-consecutive days.
    • Full-time CNC staff must work 90 consecutive days.
  • You must be a current or former acquaintance of the person you’re referring.

  • You must submit the referral PRIOR to an interview taking place and PRIOR to referred candidate filling out the online application.

  • The referral cannot currently be affiliated with CNC, either currently or in the past, and cannot have a profile in our database. You may not refer yourself.

  • If duplicate candidate referrals occur, the first referral received for that individual (based on the date of submission) will be eligible for the program.

  • CNC directors and above are excluded from the referral program.

  • There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be submitted or the number of $500 checks received.
