Tom Noonan, Proven Industry Strategist, Joins CNC as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Innovation

October 17, 2022

February 2, 2021

Mobile, AL — Insurance adjusting firm Catastrophe & National Claims (CNC) is proud to announce and welcome Tom Noonan as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Innovation. In this newly created role, he’ll help lead strategic planning and accelerate CNC’s innovation initiatives. He joins the team with over 36 years of experience in operations and business development within the claims industry. “Tom’s unique set of experiences and innovative perspectives are critical as CNC continues to evolve to help our clients meet the challenges of the ever-changing claims landscape,” says Cort Fowler, President and COO.

Beginning his career with Hartford Insurance in 1985, Noonan has extensive experience building teams and businesses—including his own insurance adjusting/private investigation firm in 1993. In 1997, he sold his interest in the firm and joined Cunningham Lindsey as an Assistant Vice President overseeing operations in the West. Wanting to spend less time traveling, he left and opened his own general construction/insurance restoration firm in 2003. Selling his interest in the company in 2008, he was hired as Haag Engineering’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing where he built a sales and marketing team to assist Haag in their journey to grow their business. Noonan took over as the Regional Manager for American Technologies in mid-2012 overseeing both operations and sales. In mid-2015, he became Director of Business Development for Rimkus Consulting and, in August 2017, he joined Leading Edge Claims Service where he most recently served as Vice President of Strategy and Development before joining CNC this year.

Noonan has been involved in many insurance organizations throughout his career serving as an officer as well as a member. He was voted onto Haag’s Board of Directors in 2011 and has also been a speaker at several conferences. Noonan holds a BSBA degree in Management from Bowling Green State University.
