We’ve outfitted each employee with the necessary equipment to remotely and securely log in to their workstations at any time. Utilizing a web-based VoIP phone provider, we’re able to maintain constant communication with our team, our adjusters, and policyholders, from anywhere.
We built from the ground up a user-friendly, interactive claims reporting app for Android and Apple devices that uses a guided workflow to photograph and scope claims. Adjusters of any experience level can quickly download the app and begin using it on the spot.
Year-round training is offered for all of our adjusters, either in-person at our training facility, in the field, or through virtual webinars to ensure our adjusters are equipped with the latest information. We’re excited to announce the creation of CNCPro, our online learning platform.
