Seeing, understanding, and implementing the changes that occur to the NFIP are crucial to the proper adjustment of a flood loss. Trust your flood losses to a company that has the experience of the program. There is no substitute for experience in this area; we’ve been there to see evolutionary changes during some of the country’s most catastrophic events like the Midwest and California Floods, and major hurricanes like Opal, Isabel, Andrew, and Katrina, to truly grasp how these types of losses are to be adjusted.
