We’ve outfitted each employee with the necessary equipment to remotely and securely log in to their workstations at any time. Utilizing a web-based VoIP phone provider, we’re able to maintain constant communication with our team, our adjusters, and policyholders, from anywhere.

Virtual Adjusting

We offer live virtual adjusting to get claims done from afar, using the policyholder’s cell phone camera and microphone. Policyholders have the flexibility and comfort of knowing they can participate in touchless claim inspections and secure electronic document sharing. Claims processing can begin as early as the first notice of loss.

Robust CNC-Built Mapping System

Our one-of-a-kind mapping system allows adjusters to work efficiently down to street level.

Automated Customer Service

Our system calls policyholders the moment we receive their claim with information on how they can reach their adjuster and log in to view their claim.

Policyholder Portal

The policyholder has access to an easy-to-use portal for their claim information, as well as a place to upload documents and photos, and messaging capabilities so they’re up-to-date at all times.

QA Tool

This tool is in place internally to automatically read and review files and find errors before our desk adjusters even see the claim, saving valuable time.

AdjustMint App

We built from the ground up a user-friendly, interactive claims reporting app for Android and Apple devices that uses a guided workflow to photograph and scope claims. Adjusters of any experience level can quickly download the app and begin using it on the spot.

CNC Training Facility

Year-round training is offered for all of our adjusters, either in-person at our training facility, in the field, or through virtual webinars to ensure our adjusters are equipped with the latest information. We’re excited to roll out a learning management system in 2021.
